Location: International Business Park, Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Consolidation of reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Review and analyse financials and operating costs
• Forecast and prepare annual budget
• Liase with auditors, tax agents and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA
• 2 years commerical working experience and preferably (not essential) another 2 years with local or international auditors
• Preferably hands on experience with Hyperion, Frango, Oracle, SAP, Navison and etc.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Our client a market leader in the retail industry now has a position for a high-calibre individual as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Role :

• Interpret key business drivers of performance for the company
• Budgeting, forecasting and long term financial plan
• Manage treasury related matters
• Provide monthly management performance review and analysis including explanations for variances and trends
• Analysis of SEA markets
• Develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Review critical strategies and financial decisions affecting business performance

The Pre-Requisites :

• Degree-qualified with a Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a multinational environment with substantial regional exposure
• Experience in rendering business partnerships in financial planning and analysis
• Possess strong thinking and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Good communicator and team player

Accounts Executive $3K -- East location

Job Responsibilities

- Handle full sets of accounts independently

- Process monthly journals and month end reporting

- Bank reconciliation

- Help with management reportings

- Statutory reporting - GST and EDB reporting

- Handle and liaise with auditor for year end audit

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

- 3 years of relevant experience and supervisory experience

- Proficient in Excel

- Meticulous and have an eye for details

- Positive working attitude

- Singaporean or Singapore PR holders

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

- Able to start work on short notice
