Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in accounts receivables functions including credit control
  • Perform administrative duties; processing of customers’ payments, credit notes and invoices
  • Monitoring customers’ accounts and prepare monthly statement of accounts to customers
  • Facilitate timely payment of accounts and resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Review customers’ aging and follow up with sales team and customers

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holders in Finance / Accounting with 2-3 years working experience in Credit Control / Account Receivables
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need apply
