Job Descriptions:
- Assist in accounts receivables functions including credit control
- Perform administrative duties; processing of customers’ payments, credit notes and invoices
- Monitoring customers’ accounts and prepare monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Facilitate timely payment of accounts and resolution of customer enquiries.
- Review customers’ aging and follow up with sales team and customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holders in Finance / Accounting with 2-3 years working experience in Credit Control / Account Receivables
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage
- Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need apply
