Our client a market leader in the retail industry now has a position for a high-calibre individual as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The Role :
- Interpret key business drivers of performance for the company
- Budgeting, forecasting and long term financial plan
- Manage treasury related matters
- Provide monthly management performance review and analysis including explanations for variances and trends
- Analysis of SEA markets
- Develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Review critical strategies and financial decisions affecting business performance
The Pre-Requisites :
- Degree-qualified with a Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a multinational environment with substantial regional exposure
- Experience in rendering business partnerships in financial planning and analysis
- Possess strong thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Good communicator and team player
