Our client, a leading project and business skills training company, is actively looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic and fast pace industry. Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager - $3000 - $4000 + commission Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets monthly and quarterly primarily through the telephone sales channels - Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure and client management - Ensure a sales pipeline with qualified leads and prospects - Provide customer advice with regard to courses suitability - Keep good records of customer interaction - Work with marketing team to devise and execute the Public Marketing Program - Work with Operations team to ensure customers are correctly registered and invoiced - Ensure payments are received from the attendees - Greet public class attendees on the first day of class - Occasionally visit key customer to build longer term relationships - Work closely with the strategic business development managers to capture opportunities within our key customer accounts.
