Sales Coordinator / Customer Service

Responsibility;

  • Prepares Sales Quotation, Sales Order & Delivery Order
  • Handle phones queries from customer or general inquiry
  • Liaise and follow up with Logistic dept. on delivery schedule for Customer Order
  • Keep Track and Updates of samples issued to Customer
  • Ad-hoc job requirements requested by Sales Executive / Manager

Requirement;

  • At least 2 years experience in relevant sales related position
  • Well Versed in English, Chinese and preferably Dialect; Hokkien, Cantonese
  • Good Knowledge in Ms Excel, Words and Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express and basic IT knowledge
  • Knowledge in SAP B1 program is an advantage
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and in small working environment
  • Able to Start Work Immediately

Working Hours and Salary

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
  • Located in the Heart of Chinatown
  • Salary range from SGD1,400 – SGD1,600
