Operations Officer

You will be required to assist in all operation aspects of the play centre which include attending to enquiries, booking of birthday parties, inventory control and organizing games and activities for our members. You will assist your manager in planning duty roster as well as supervising and training part time play guides and party coordinators. In addition, your duties include recruiting members and up-selling activities, birthday and field trip packages as well as conducting maintenance checks on the play centre to ensure it is clean and safe. Requirements Min Diploma At least 1 year of relevant working experience Possess excellent communication & customer service skills Positive team player Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays Proficiency in MS Office
