Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule and monitor internal-production for threading, process & finishing operations, to meet delivery requirements.
- Manage and commit to customers/sales requirements.
- To create, maintain and enhance productive working relationship with customers, suppliers, internal sales and production engineering personnel.
- Maintain up-to-date production progress for all work orders and WIP.
- Forward planning of work schedules upon receipt of new work orders.
- Schedule machining sub-out production and follow up with subcontractor schedule.
- Check and ensure all equipment and machining programs are ready before releasing out the process control router.
- Advise Operations Manager on capacity shortage for high requirement period.
Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- NTC certificate in Engineering
- 2 years Experience in planning and scheduling a manufacturing environment
- Preferably have knowledge in MRP system
