Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (Singapore) Responsibilities: 1. Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects. 2. Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering. 3. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary. 4. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts. 5. Carry out site measurement. 6. Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments. 7. Other quantity surveying related duties. Requirements: · Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University. · Minimum 1 working year in Civil Engineering works. · Willing to learn and work under pressure. · Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word. · Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
