Temp Admin Assistant / Customer Service Assistant ($7/hr/ORD/ 'A' Lvl Welcome!)

Responsiblities:

  • Handle Data entry of documents
  • Attend to incoming and out going phone calls
  • Assist in customer enquiries
  • Compile reports
  • File, scan and fax office documents
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Possess minimum GCE A Level
  • Able to start on short notice
  • Pleasant demeanor and good customer service attitude
  • Prior work experience an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only
